Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of intelcreative.promo (the "Site") and any services purchased from Intel Creative ("we," "us," or "our"), a DBA (doing business as) of Moran Digital LLC. By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. Payments and Stripe receipts for purchases made through the Site may appear under the name Moran Digital LLC.

1. Our Services

Intel Creative provides short-form video content creation, editing, and social media promotion services for Fortnite creators, brands, and game studios, as described on the Site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for a given package are as described on the Site or as otherwise agreed in writing (including via email).

2. Quotes, Orders & Payment

Prices listed on the Site are current offers and are subject to change without notice for future orders. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; by purchasing a package you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. Placing an order and completing payment authorizes us to begin work on the applicable package.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our services involve custom creative work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you believe there has been an error with your order or payment, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your content on time, we may need assets, footage, access, or feedback from you. Delays in providing these may delay delivery of your package. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, footage, or materials you provide to us do not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered content created specifically for you under your package. We retain the right to use general techniques, workflows, and non-confidential know-how developed in the course of providing our services, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Cal.com (scheduling). Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to specific results such as view counts, follower growth, or revenue. Past client results shown on the Site are individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of future performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intel Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
