Intel Creative ("we," "us," or "our") is a DBA (doing business as) of Moran Digital LLC, and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, when you visit intelcreative.promo (the "Site") or otherwise do business with us.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us directly - such as your name, email address, and project details when you submit our quote/contact form, book a call, or message us.
- Payment information - when you purchase a package, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details ourselves - Stripe handles that in accordance with its own privacy policy.
- Scheduling information - if you book a call, that booking is handled by Cal.com, which collects the name, email, and time selections needed to schedule the meeting.
- Automatically collected information - basic technical data such as your browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, along with a small piece of attribution data (e.g. which link or campaign referred you) stored in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so we can tell which marketing channels are working.

- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes or customer support
- Deliver the services you purchase

We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Site and our business, including Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), Web3Forms (form submission delivery), and Google Fonts (typography). These providers may process your information under their own privacy policies. We only share the information necessary for each provider to perform its function.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage (not traditional tracking cookies) to remember attribution information, such as which link brought you to the Site, for up to 30 days. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Third-party services embedded on the Site (like Stripe or Cal.com) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, tax, or accounting obligations.
